Job summary

Forsight Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Lotus House in Albion Park. The role is hybrid and on a temporary full-time basis for 3 months, with potential extension. You will lead a small ASW team delivering person-centred SIL support and collaborate with care managers.

You will coordinate shifts, support staff development, and maintain high-quality care while engaging families and other providers in a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III or equivalent in disability support or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of care teams.
• Ability to manage shifts including sleepovers and nights.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small home-based team of ASWs with a client-centred approach.
• Collaborate with Client Care Manager and Coordinator to deliver care.
• Maintain 24/7 roster with two dedicated leader shifts weekly.
• Engage families and guardians to support outcomes.
