Job summary

CIMIC Group in Melbourne is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring across the Group, coordinating requisitions, onboarding and candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Based in our Southbank/Melbourne office with a three-days-in-office, two-days-from-home hybrid arrangement, you will manage interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding checks, ATS data and reporting, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Coordinator roles.
• Strong organisation and time management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with positive relationships.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes including onboarding and candidate comms.
• Proven accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple functions.
• Schedule interviews, assessments and recruitment meetings for candidates and managers.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters accurately and timely.
• Support onboarding, pre-employment checks and system access requests.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, compliance and data integrity.
• Provide reporting on hiring activity, metrics and pipeline progress.
• Be the main contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
