Job summary

Auto Loans Group seeks a Salesforce & Business Systems Administrator to maintain and improve its cloud tech environment. You will support, configure and extend Salesforce, Make.com, Box and BigQuery across a lean, fast-moving team in Melbourne.

You’ll own operational reliability, tackle integration work, build low-code automations and contribute to project delivery while documenting changes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce administration, including Flow building.
• Experience supporting or developing cloud business apps.
• Strong troubleshooting across configurations, automations and integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks and data formats.
• Experience with low-code workflows and reading technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical operations, support incidents, and system maintenance.
• Diagnose issues across multiple apps and data flows; provide fixes.
• Proactively monitor automations and integrations for reliability.
• Change requests: analyze, design, test and deploy improvements.
• Create and maintain system docs, diagrams and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and project team during delivery.
