Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, especially in technology
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Jira experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and risk registers
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates and address project-related queries
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
• Support the technology team with administrative and operational tasks as required
• Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking for projects
