Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers the outcomes necessary.
Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology.
Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.
Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective and mitigate them.
Assist/support in the project procurement process.
