Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a project coordinator role within the IT function.
• Extensive experience working in cross functional teams.
• Strong exposure to large scale complex IT projects.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and working across multiple projects.
• Highly autonomous with a keen eye for details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan all aspects of project admin/support to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.
• Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
• Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective and mitigate them timely.
