Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney seeks two experienced Senior Project Coordinators to support a Transformation Management Office, delivering change across processes, people and systems. Hybrid work with a CBD office.

In this 12-month fixed-term salaried contract, you will coordinate project administration, maintain work plans and governance, and collaborate with senior program managers and stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator within IT.
• Extensive experience working with cross functional teams.
• Experience with large scale IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan all aspects of project admin/support to deliver project outcomes.
• Support structured project management approaches and internal processes.
• Maintain project repository/site and governance reporting.
• Support work plans, schedules, estimates and resource plans.
• Identify administrative risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Assist with procurement processes.
