Job summary

Thryv is seeking a Software Account Representative to drive full-cycle SaaS sales from local businesses across Australia. The role blends remote outreach with hands-on client meetings, focusing on building trust, delivering outcomes, and growing a portfolio of customers.

You’ll self-source leads, conduct virtual and face-to-face appointments, and work closely with Sales and Client Success to close deals, onboard clients, and nurture relationships toward promotion into top-earning Business

Qualifications

• Experience handling full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Comfortable self-sourcing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Ability to meet clients both remotely and in person within local markets.

Responsibilities

• Dial & Deliver: lead with phone outreach to local business owners.
• Follow-Up Fanatic: persistent multi-channel follow-ups to secure opportunities.
• Pitch & Partner Pro: collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to convert interest into deals.
• Demo Dynamo: deliver compelling product demos to drive engagement.
• Face-to-Face Finisher: conduct in-person meetings to seal deals when appropriate.
• Relationship Rockstar: nurture clients post-sale with onboarding support and check-ins.
• Revenue Partner: work with teams to drive SaaS growth and shared wins.
