Job summary

The Access Group in Sydney (Chatswood) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to accelerate our APAC growth. You will generate qualified pipeline through rapid lead response, discovery conversations with finance decision-makers, and proactive outreach using AI-enabled tools.

You will work in a blended hybrid office setting, collaborating across teams to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth with a clear path to more senior sales roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to engage finance leaders via phone, email and digital channels.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern sales tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through rapid lead response and discovery.
• Convert interest into opportunities and hand off to Account Executives.
• Source and qualify new partners across ISVs, accounting firms and VARs.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility for forecasting.
