Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Sales Automation & Analytics Specialist in Australia to transform how our Field Sales teams operate with Sales Force Automation solutions. You will convert data into insights, lead end-to-end automation initiatives, and collaborate with IT and business partners to roll out upgrades that deliver measurable value.

You will leverage Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with SQL and Snowflake experience valued to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Force Automation and an understanding of commercial drivers.
• Exposure to data and analytics platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL coding capability; experience with Snowflake highly regarded.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in high-performing environments.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
