Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Field Planning Specialist to translate strategy into execution across our field sales network. You’ll develop field activity plans, coordinate cycle workplans, and deliver insights that drive growth, leveraging Power BI dashboards and robust data analysis.

You will collaborate with Customer, Category and Field Sales teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and benefit from a hybrid working model with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with Excel and BI skills.
• Experience with field sales, commercial planning or marketing.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage field sales activity plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate cycle workplans, activations, and execution priorities.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards on key sales metrics.
• Own field sales databases and planning tools with data accuracy.
• Lead stakeholder review meetings and provide improvement recommendations.
