Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a designated portfolio to meet hiring needs across project and corporate environments.
• Partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture partners to develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple operating companies.
• Drive candidate and stakeholder experiences through proactive communication and quality delivery.
