Job summary

Australia Post in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major HCM transformation, shaping how our people experience technology. This role blends program leadership with hands‑on delivery, coordinating People & Culture, Enterprise Services, architecture, security and vendors to turn complex work into coordinated results.

You’ll move between big‑picture governance and detailed execution, driving momentum and ensuring alignment with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex enterprise technology projects or transformation programs.
• HR technology experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
• Ability mobilise and deliver across highly interconnected enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex HCM workstream.
• Coordinate across People & Culture, Enterprise Services, architecture, security, data, operations and vendors.
• Establish delivery rhythms, governance and accountability from mobilisation through to implementation.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, decisions, controls and operational readiness.
• Turn complexity into clear priorities and actions, keeping senior stakeholders informed.
• Move between program leadership and detailed execution when needed.
