Job summary

Advance Delivery Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large-scale IT Digital Transformation program in the Health Insurance sector. You will manage MoMs, coordinate across IT and business teams, and track milestones with the Program Director.

The role suits someone with 3–5 years in a similar position, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, or Trello. Office-based with client in Sydney CBD, 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in IT Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of systems, processes, and workflows in Health Insurance.
• Proven ability to take clear, concise MoMs.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello or equivalent).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with the Program Director to track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business, vendors, and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project progress and elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of best practices across the transformation program.
