Job summary

Codafication is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our PMO in Brisbane. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, coordinating multiple projects, managing priorities, and keeping every detail on track.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Business Analysts and Software Engineers to plan timelines, monitor resources and report progress, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders and successful project delivery. Hybrid work and office culture are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining project documentation, action logs and status reports.
• Familiarity with PM tools Jira, Confluence and ClickUp is advantageous.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and timelines, tracking progress against milestones, sprints and deliverables.
• Coordinating stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and manage client expectations.
• Preparing meeting minutes, action logs, project plans and status reports with accurate documentation.
• Coordinating activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Monitoring effort, resource allocation and costs against budgets and work orders.
• Proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintaining accurate project records and updating Jira and other PM tools to show progress.
