Workfast seeks a highly organised Project Administrator to support construction and infrastructure projects in the Rockhampton region. You will handle purchase orders, document control, subcontractor compliance and general project coordination for a busy operations team.

The role offers depot-based administration with occasional site visits and flexible work-from-home days on agreed schedules. You will collaborate with project managers, supervisors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Project administration experience in construction/infrastructure environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Confident communication with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Raise, track and reconcile purchase orders using Ariba.
• Process invoices and maintain spreadsheets for deliveries and costs.
• Manage project documentation and records, scanning and filing.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance documents (tickets, qualifications, inductions, SWMS).
• Provide SHEQ administrative support and reporting.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicle hire and mobilisation for project personnel.
• Support onboarding and site induction processes.
• Maintain project registers, trackers and filing systems.
