Vocus Group in Melbourne is seeking two experienced Process Excellence Black Belts to join our Transformation Office – Process Centre of Excellence. These hands-on roles focus on turning process intelligence into measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Process Excellence, you'll lead a portfolio of enterprise-scale telecom reengineering initiatives from charter through benefits realization using process mining, conformance, variant and root-cause

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognised institution.
• 7+ years of hands-on process improvement, operational excellence and transformation experience.
• Strong telecommunications industry experience and ability to redesign end-to-end processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a tightly prioritised portfolio of enterprise-scale telecom reengineering initiatives from charter through benefits.
• Use process mining, conformance, variant and root-cause analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
• Map enterprise processes to BPMN 2.0 and ensure traceability across architecture.
• Translate findings into current-state evidence, future-state designs and quantified benefits.
• Establish controls and process-monitoring to demonstrate realised value.
