Job summary

Vocus in Melbourne is seeking two experienced Process Excellence Black Belts to join our Transformation Office - Process Centre of Excellence. These are hands-on delivery roles focused on turning process intelligence into measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Process Excellence, you'll identify opportunities, build evidence-based business cases, and lead initiatives through implementation and benefit realisation.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognised institution.
• 7+ years of hands-on process improvement and transformation experience.
• Strong telecommunications industry experience.
• Experience redesigning end-to-end business processes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging executives and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise-scale telecom reengineering initiatives.
• Use process mining and root-cause analysis to identify top-value problems.
• Navigate enterprise process architecture across value streams.
• Create current-state and future-state BPMN models.
• Translate findings into evidence, designs, benefits and options.
• Set scope, hypotheses and success measures.
• Partner with executives to mobilise delivery teams.
• Design operating-model changes while preserving architecture controls.
• Establish process intelligence monitoring to show realised value.
