Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive technical excellence, manage complex bids, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Services teams.

The role requires 10+ years in critical power and at least 3 years in people leadership, with a tertiary Electrical Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand.
