Job summary

Computershare is hiring a Plans Specialist for the Melbourne office. Based in Melbourne with a minimum of three days on site, you will coordinate end-to-end projects and client initiatives within the CPM framework.

You will lead planning, data validation, and financial oversight across multiple workstreams in a transforming environment. You will manage relationships with clients and internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in controls and processes to deliver accurate

• Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and completion of events and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
• Coordinate equity compensation, share plan, and financial administration activities with clients and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end execution of workstreams including transactions, data validation, and reporting.
• Review plan data, participant transactions, and financial outputs to identify discrepancies and mitigate risk.
• Contribute to improving operational controls, financial processes, and service delivery methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain client reporting, reconciliations, trackers, and status updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, custodians, payroll and finance teams.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Support implementation of new share plans and corporate actions.
• Foster strong working relationships to deliver high-quality service.
