Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex case management transformation program.
• Drive procurement and commercial activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Manage systems integrators and third-party vendors for accountable delivery outcomes.
• Provide leadership across governance, risk, stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across product, technical, delivery and business functions.
• Align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Establish delivery frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues in a complex delivery environment.
