Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer in Melbourne to support a financial planning practice. You will help implement advice, manage client administration and ensure compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, multitasking across priority items, and collaboration with Advisers and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience. Flexible working is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a financial planning practice.
• Proven ability to implement advice accurately and compliantly.
• Strong understanding of client administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client administration, including account establishment and rollovers.
• Prepare and process advice implementation documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements.
• Coordinate annual reviews and ongoing service requirements.
• Handle client enquiries and provide day-to-day support during the advice process.
• Liaise with product providers, accountants and solicitors as needed.
• Prepare meeting documentation and follow up on actions.
