Job summary

ABB’s Electrification Service team in Australia is seeking a part-time Service Sales Support Specialist based at Moorebank, Sydney. This hybrid role combines sales support, data insights and marketing activity to help a high-performing team make better commercial decisions.

You will support Salesforce reporting, customer segmentation, account planning and market research, while developing sales content and coordinating knowledge sharing with international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, commercial operations, marketing, business analysis or related discipline.
• Proficient with data, CRM and reporting tools; Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills across sales, service, marketing and leadership.
• Good commercial awareness with interest in segmentation, pipeline management and market research.
• High attention to detail, excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time role.
• Proactive, curious and improvement-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce reporting, pipeline analysis, dashboards and sales insights for the Australian Electrification Service team.
• Assist with customer segmentation, account planning, sales process improvements and commercial transformation initiatives.
• Provide market research, customer intelligence and opportunity support to Business Development Managers and Service Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing content, including customer presentations, case studies and campaign support materials.
• Help coordinate knowledge sharing and best-practice collaboration between Australian and international Electrification Service teams.
• Support strategic projects including growth initiatives, market analysis and business planning activities.
