Job summary

Schneider Electric in Sydney seeks experienced Service Representatives to perform field service tasks across the region, supporting diverse customer assets. You’ll work autonomously with strong HS&E practices, receive a Tool of Trade Vehicle, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow professionally as the team expands in Australia.

Qualifications

• A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License.
• Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!).
• Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position.
• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
• A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter.
• Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks.

Responsibilities

• Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Sydney region and nearby locations.
• Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex; installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Commissioning, site testing, system / firmware upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
• Providing technical support and specialist advice to Customers.
• Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhere to other internal processes.
• Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management.
• Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements.
