Job summary

Batteries On The Go is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sydney to provide friendly phone and online support, coordinating with technicians to assist customers and keep them informed. The role offers a fixed 5-day hybrid roster and a clear path to develop skills in service delivery.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot, document details accurately, and maintain a calm, patient approach to help customers get back on the road.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional phone manner and clear written communication.
• Ability to reassure customers and stay focused during busy periods.
• Accuracy when recording locations, customer details and service requests.
• Comfort using different systems and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage enquiries and coordinate assistance while tracking details.
• Reliable, supportive approach and the confidence to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Help customers by phone, email, our website and social media, providing friendly advice and clear information.
• Take the time to understand each customer's situation, showing patience, empathy and a genuine willingness to help.
• Arrange the right assistance and coordinate with our technicians to get customers back on the road.
• Keep customers informed and reassured so they know what happens next and feel confident that help is on its way.
• Help with troubleshooting, warranty enquiries and customer concerns, explaining options and finding practical solutions.
• Support your teammates and keep customer details accurate so everyone has the information they need to help.
