Job summary

RACV Mildura is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join the local contact centre and deliver personalised experiences to members and customers. This full-time role begins with comprehensive training and a structured onboarding program.

The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, drive member satisfaction, and contribute to sales opportunities while upholding RACV's brand promise across every interaction. A hybrid working arrangement is available after training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a phone-based/customer service role - essential.
• Prior exposure to a target/KPI oriented setting
• Significant personal drive and enthusiasm
• Genuine dedication to providing high-quality service.
• A problem-solving approach with excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, delivering personalised experiences to members and customers while upholding the RACV brand promise.
• Participate in a fully paid training program to upskill in systems, customer service and sales.
• Contribute to sales by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions.
• Engage in a hybrid working arrangement post-training and work from RACV Mildura office as required.
