Customer Service Consultant | RACV Mildura

We're seeking skilled individuals to join our Mildura contact centre team as committed Customer Service Consultants. In this role, which involves taking inbound calls, you'll focus on delivering personalized and valuable experiences to members and customers, consistently upholding our brand promise in every interaction.

What will you be doing:

Hit the ground running with this inbound contact centre position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.

Permanent full-time role - Commencing Monday the 26th of October

Flexi roster - Current schedule is a rotational roster | Monday to Friday & Weekends between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

Hybrid working arrangement - providing great flexibility.

Drive sales - by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services.

Champion personalised conversations – by providing exceptional service experiences that deliver on our brand promise.

Learning Program - availability between 9.00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. We will set you up for success with a comprehensive 2-month learning program focusing on Emergency Roadside Assistance and Motor Insurance in the first instance.

Dedicated Support Model during Learning - Throughout your learning journey, you'll gain valuable skills in systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge. With a dedicated support model by your side, you'll have everything you need to master our products and services with confidence.
