Job summary

RACV Ballarat is seeking a friendly, phone-based specialist for our inbound contact centre. You’ll join a supportive Member Engagement team, complete a fully paid training program, and become proficient in our systems, customer service, and product knowledge.

This permanent part-time role runs 1:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid work. You’ll drive sales, deliver personalised conversations, and help ensure a seamless member experience across channels.

What you will be doing:

Hit the ground running with this inbound phone-based contact centre position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. • Permanent part-time role - commencing Monday, 26th of October 2026
• Fixed Roster – 1.30pm-6.30pm, Monday to Friday
