Job summary

RACV in Victoria is seeking a passionate Customer Service professional to hit the ground running with our fully paid, structured training program. You’ll upskill in systems, service and sales, and gain product knowledge while joining a supportive team.

This permanent full-time role offers a 6-week fixed roster (Monday–Friday, no weekend work) and 7 weeks of paid training, with a focus on driving sales and delivering personalised service that realises our brand promise.

Qualifications

• Face to face customer service experience.
• Over the phone customer service experience.
• Experience achieving sales targets or KPIs is valued.
• Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
• Able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Enthusiastic and collaborative in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the phone.
• Drive sales by understanding member needs and offering solutions.
• Deliver personalised conversations and keep customers engaged with products and services.
• Work in a permanent full-time capacity with a 6-week fixed roster (Mon–Fri).
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to upskill in systems, service, and product knowledge.
