RACV is seeking skilled Customer Service Consultants to join the Mildura contact centre. The role centers on inbound calls, delivering personalized experiences and upholding our brand promise.

A fully paid training program will upskill you in systems, customer service, and sales, with a hybrid working arrangement after completion of training. This is a permanent full-time position starting Monday, 26 October.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based/customer service is essential.
• Exposure to a target/KPI oriented environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities
