Job summary

Goodman Fielder Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive who thrives on targets, loves turning conversations into sales, and will grow the Australian Foodservice business from Macquarie Park with hybrid working.

You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, grow accounts, follow up marketing leads, build relationships, manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, and hit volume and margin targets while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, Foodservice or B2B.
• Confident on the phone with strong communication skills.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated to achieve targets.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, qualify leads and win new customers.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities and introducing customers to our products.
• Follow up leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows and online enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and negotiate great outcomes.
• Own your sales pipeline, manage call cycles and keep Salesforce records up to date.
• Hit sales, volume and margin targets while delivering a great customer experience.
