Job summary

Quantium is hiring a Sales Executive in Sydney to join the Consumer team. You will be the first point of contact, initiating conversations with prospective clients in FMCG and liquor, and helping to grow the client base while supporting onboarding and renewal cycles.

The role focuses on building the pipeline, qualifying prospects, booking meetings for the senior team, and maintaining accurate CRM records while working with cross-functional teams to drive commercial value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or lead generation role.
• Ability to start conversations by phone and achieve outreach goals.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or similar.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with prospective FMCG and liquor suppliers.
• Build the pipeline by researching, qualifying and booking meetings for the senior team.
• Support client transitions and renewals to maintain smooth onboarding and ongoing relationships.
