Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer Manager within its Global Services Marketing team to drive growth across Power Products and Power Systems in Australia and New Zealand. This role combines strategic portfolio definition with pricing, analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working, you will own offers, leverage Salesforce for insights, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Pricing to deliver value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in product marketing or related
• Experience in Services, Electrical Distribution, Power Systems or Power Equipment
• Marketing/Brand management with understanding of customer segments
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) to inform stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholder groups in complex structures
• Growth mindset and strong digital skills
• Masters or MBA postgraduate qualifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy to drive growth, engaging with customers to understand needs and market our Services and solutions
• Develop knowledge of Schneider products to define Offers with focus on digital, recurring and modernization opportunities
• Use pricing tools, data, analytics and digital tools to execute pricing strategies across a growing portfolio
• Leverage Install Base data and market intelligence to support the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Sales, Commercial, Marketing
• Use Salesforce to produce reports and dashboards for portfolio performance
• Optimize processes with continuous improvement and agile mindset
• Travel as required and support ad-hoc projects
