Schneider Electric Melbourne is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our VIC/SA operations. Based in Melbourne, you will guide a team of Service Representatives across diverse sectors, leveraging your trade background and leadership to drive reliable delivery of Secure Power, Power Systems and Cooling projects.

You will partner with customers, manage performance, use Schneider tools, and mentor apprentices while championing HSE and quality.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a service delivery environment.
Experience managing technical resources in a similar organisation/market.
Strong project management and operational delivery skills.
Ability to leverage data to shape decisions and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Service Representatives across VIC/SA operations.
Manage performance and resources using Schneider tools and processes.
Interact with customers focusing on account management and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and growth across markets.
Provide regular reporting and insights on project status, performance, financials.
Involve in workforce planning and subcontractor management; lead improvement initiatives.
Role-model best practices and nurture apprentices.
