Angel Aesthetics Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee people, performance, workforce administration and coordination across Brisbane, Gold Coast & Perth clinics. This hands-on leadership role requires accountability, structure and developing staff to high standards.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, HR documentation, payroll inputs, facilities, IT coordination and cross-location governance with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in people management, HR operations or multi-site oversight.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage performance and difficult conversations.
• Experience with rostering and payroll inputs.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and professional standards.
• Healthcare or multi-site service industry experience preferred.

• Coordinate onboarding, induction and role-specific training.
• Oversee recruitment, contracts and HR documentation.
• Oversee leave, rostering and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate facilities, IT support and external service providers.
• Monitor KPIs, performance gaps and improvement plans.
