Job summary

endota Glen Waverley is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead a team of therapists and deliver diverse wellness experiences that enhance client wellbeing. You will also model professionalism, drive service excellence, and contribute to a welcoming spa atmosphere within a busy environment.

You will perform advanced skin treatments, engage clients on product choices, and support daily operations, with availability for late nights and weekends to meet client demand and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Passionate about wellbeing and sharing brand values.

Your Role

endota Assistant Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing the team of therapists as well as, providing a diverse range of wellness experiences to our clients that improve their wellbeing.

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you are responsible for:

• Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services.
• Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs.
• Supports the Spa Manager with overall day to day operations of the spa.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise- not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience.
