Qualifications

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one before you start—we’ll support you)
Sales, broking, or customer service experience
Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business
Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership

Responsibilities

Run your own business with the full backing of Australia’s #1 mortgage brand, combining independence with support
Work with pre-qualified customer appointments and our inhouse marketing to drive leads
Guide clients from first conversation through settlement while our fulfilment team handles processing and admin
Leverage Aussie’s tech platform to streamline workflows and compliance
Grow income by connecting customers to Aussie’s broader ecosystem (buyer’s agents, conveyancing, insurance)
