Job summary

You will liaise with stakeholders and contractors to translate requests into practical plans and drive improvements from concept to completion.

This full-time continuing role offers hybrid working arrangements, a competitive HEW salary and generous 17% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume operational, service delivery or project activities within a complex environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritise effectively and deliver outcomes within timeframes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or service providers to achieve quality outcomes.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of minor works requests across multiple campuses.
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently and with a strong customer focus.
• Translate requests into workable project plans and schedules, managing workflow and reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in service delivery and documentation.
