- Enable Microsoft-focused growth strategies that help Managed Service Providers acquire new customers and expand their security practices.
- Support partners in developing compelling security offerings tailored to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Help partners maximize Microsoft investments by leveraging available programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and go-to-market resources.
- Use data-driven insights and targeting tools to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and new customer opportunities.
- Establish strong operational rhythms with partners and Microsoft stakeholders to drive accountability, engagement, and program adoption.
- Lead scalable demand generation and partner activation initiatives across webinars, marketing campaigns, events, email, and social channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex Microsoft programs into actionable growth opportunities for partners.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Your work will directly influence the growth and success of both Pax8 and our Managed Service Provider community. By helping partners strengthen their Microsoft Security practices, you'll drive customer acquisition, increase solution adoption, and accelerate security outcomes for thousands of businesses across Australia.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for technology.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in technology sales, marketing, alliances, business development, or partner engagement.
- Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, a technology vendor, managed service provider, telecommunications organisation, or cloud-focused business.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's partner landscape, programs, and solution areas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot and Dynamics solutions.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with multiple priorities while maintaining strong execution.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and passion for building long‑term relationships.
- Ability to navigate complexity and make decisions using data and insights.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Willingness to achieve a Microsoft certification such as MS-900, SC-900 or AZ-900 within the first 90 days.

- Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
