Pax8 is seeking a Microsoft Alliances Security Specialist to accelerate Microsoft Security growth across Australia. The role focuses on partner engagement, demand generation, cloud innovation, and helping MSPs build thriving security practices, shaping the future of Pax8's security program.

You will advise MSPs, translate Microsoft programs into growth opportunities, and work across teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology sales, marketing, alliances, or partner engagement.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem, partners, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate complex programs into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Enable Microsoft-focused growth strategies with MSPs to acquire customers and expand security practices.
• Support partners in developing security offerings aligned to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Help partners maximize Microsoft investments using programs, incentives, and GTM resources.
• Use data-driven insights to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunities.
• Establish strong rhythms with partners and Microsoft to drive adoption and accountability.
• Lead scalable demand generation and partner activation across webinars, campaigns, events, and social channels.
• Translate Microsoft programs into actionable growth opportunities for partners.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver strong partner experiences and measurable outcomes.
