Techstream Solutions Pty Ltd is hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a MSP environment with hybrid work from Sydney’s Northern Beaches. You will handle remote and onsite support across diverse clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks, and contribute to migrations and cloud projects as you progress.

The role suits engineers who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, with a clear path toward more advanced systems or project work, supported by senior engineers.

Formación

• 4–6 years’ experience in a Level 2 or similar IT support role.
• MSP or multiclient environment experience (highly regarded).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Solid network fault diagnosis skills (switching, WiFi, VLAN awareness, VPN connectivity).
• Experience with ticketing and RMM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Level 2 technical support (remote and onsite).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose LAN, WLAN, and VPN related issues, including connectivity, performance, and access faults.
• Deploy and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (users, mail, Teams, SharePoint).
• Support Azure environments at an operational level.
• Assist with server and network troubleshooting under guidance.
• Escalate complex or infrastructure level issues appropriately.
• Maintain clear ticket updates and documentation.
• Participate in service desk and onsite rotations as required.
• Assist with customer projects (migrations, upgrades, rollouts).
• Work alongside senior engineers on cloud and infrastructure initiatives.
• Build systems, networking, and project skills over time in a supported environment.
