Allura Partners in Brisbane is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer for our Managed Services team. This full‑time, permanent role sits in Brisbane or South East Queensland, offering hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 remote, and a salary up to $110,000 plus super.

You will resolve escalations from Level 1, mentor Level 1 engineers, support Windows, macOS, networking, Microsoft 365, Azure and security platforms, and maintain documentation while delivering proactive service to clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support, service desk or managed services role.
• Strong knowledge across Windows, macOS, networking, server infra and business apps.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 environments experience.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, Teams, enterprise firewall and wireless platforms.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who explains issues in plain language.
• Customer-first, collaborative, able to juggle priorities.
• Rostered shifts between 7am and 7pm.
• MSP experience and IT qualifications/certs are highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex Level 2 issues across hardware, software, networking, cloud and MS 365.
• Own escalations from Level 1 and involve Level 3 when required.
• Proactively monitor environments and update customers to resolution.
• Maintain ticket notes, docs and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor Level 1 engineers and support project rollouts and improvements.
