Job summary

FooForce is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Sydney team. You will provide remote and onsite technical support to clients, helping them maximise the value of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environments.

You will install, configure and maintain hardware, software and business applications, assist with upgrades and migrations, and work closely with senior engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes for clients in a small, collaborative MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP environment in a technical role.
• Relevant IT qualification, certification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and business applications.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records.
• Work closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
