AECOM is seeking a Principal Fire Protection Engineer to lead fire protection design across major building and infrastructure projects in Australia. You’ll work between senior and director levels, guiding technical delivery while engaging clients and driving discipline development.

You’ll oversee wet and dry systems, ensure NCC/standards compliance, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Formación

• 9+ years’ experience in Fire Protection / Services Engineering.
• Leadership of medium to large, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong design and delivery capability across fire protection systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fire protection design and delivery across complex projects from concept to commissioning.
• Provide high-level input across wet/dry systems: hydrants, hoses, sprinklers, detection, EWIS.
• Oversee compliance with NCC and Australian Standards for safety and quality.
• Act as client interface, support bid development and business growth initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, structural teams.
