Job summary

PointsBet is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep staff productive and secure across Australia, Canada and Japan. The role covers end-user support, identity and access management, device management and office operations in a hybrid setup (Melbourne office 4+ days).

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT service desk, strong MS 365/Entra ID skills, and experience with Windows/macOS devices. Jira Service Management and ITIL experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or service desk in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Windows/macOS devices and MDM like Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and service desk across AU, Canada and Japan.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, licences, groups and device provisioning.
• Control and secure devices, accounts and access using Entra ID and Azure RBAC.
