Job summary

ClubIT in Sydney is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hybrid helpdesk and remote support across Sydney suburbs, with regular onsite visits to client sites.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking and security monitoring, delivering proactive service and clear communication with non-technical clients while collaborating with our MSP team.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of IT support or MSP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting real-world business IT environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Experience in an MSP environment is highly regarded; hospitality experience desirable.
• This is primarily a full-time role with 40 hours per week; flexible arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely using our management platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Support Remote Desktop Services and RemoteApp environments.
• Handle Group Policy, authentication and user configuration.
• Assist with onsite preventative maintenance and client upgrades.
• Visit Sydney client sites for maintenance, projects and reviews.
• Proactively check backups and monitoring, and suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of tickets and work with the team to resolve.
