LGT Wealth Management is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Technology team in Melbourne on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide first and second-line end-user computing support (hardware and software) to Australian offices, contribute to service improvements, and participate in project tasks such as hardware deployments and upgrades.

• 2+ years in Helpdesk/Technical Support
• Experience in financial services is desirable
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support via email, phone, and walk-up requests
• Triaging service requests and incidents
• Own issues and ensure closure to requester satisfaction
• Prioritise, diagnose and resolve incidents per SLAs
• Fulfill service requests per documented processes
• Perform workstation deployments, moves and replacements
• Image and deploy laptops for new starters and replacements
• Provide IAM support including provisioning and password resets
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Manage stock levels of IT consumables and replacement items
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Liaise with suppliers for printer services and quotes
• Identify changes to improve end-user computing services
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate when required
• Support project tasks or testing under guidance of seniors
