Job summary

PointsBet is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver end-user support, identity, and device management across Australia, Canada and Japan. This hybrid role requires a strong focus on security, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

You will handle service desk tickets, manage licences and SaaS tools, and collaborate with HR, security and engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or service desk.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Active Directory administration.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS devices with Microsoft Intune or a similar MDM.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools and licence management.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk & Incident Support: triage, resolve and close requests within SLAs; escalate clearly when needed.
• Onboarding for new starters across regions; manage licences, accounts and equipment.
• Identity & Access Management: administer Entra ID/AD, manage groups, mailboxes and access rights.
• SaaS & Licence Management: provision/reclaim licences, configure SSO, track usage and costs.
• Asset & workplace support: maintain stock, desks, meeting rooms and AV for events and town halls.
