Capgemini is seeking an IT engineer to support modern workplace environments for diverse clients. You will provide end-user assistance, troubleshoot incidents and document solutions, while maintaining IT assets in CMDB and exploring automation opportunities to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience deploying modern workplace environments at scale.
• Experience authoring and reviewing technical documents.
• Supports printers, routers and servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end users and resolve incidents.
• Manage and maintain IT assets and update CMDB.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve service delivery.
