Capgemini Australia is seeking an IT engineer to support modern IT workplace environments for diverse clients. You will provide end-user assistance, troubleshoot incidents, maintain assets in CMDB, and help automate processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes implementing and supporting workplace solutions, cloud services (Azure/AWS), printers, routers, and servers, with emphasis on documentation and project progress across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end user, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and document the process.
• Manage and maintain IT assets and update CMDB accordingly
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency
• Implement and support modern workplace and end user computing solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to manage dependencies and ensure delivery of workplace technology strategy.
